<div style="padding: 0px; list-style: none; border: 0px; margin: 0px; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 28px; background-color: rgb(251, 253, 254);"><span style="font-size:16px;">1、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定的投标人资格条件； 2、国内注册（指按国家有关规定要求注册的）生产或经营本项目采购的货物，具备法人资格的供应商； 3、根据最高人民检察院《关于开展行贿犯罪档案查询工作规定》的规定，凡参与政府采购活动的投标人，必须提供检察机关出具的行贿犯罪档案查询的书面告知函（必须是项目所在地检察机关出具，且出具的日期为本公告发出之日后），作为参与政府采购活动的准入条件； 4、未被“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）及中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）等渠道列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。 5、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法实施条例》第十八条规定的供应商。单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。除单一来源采购项目外，为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动。（供应商可在“国家企业信用信息公示系统”网站查询相关供应商的企业工商登记信息。同时须在投标文件中将查询结果截图加盖单位公章及附上所有股东身份证复印件如实报告评标委员会）。 6、本次招标不接受联合体投标。</span></div>
