<p style="padding: 0px; list-style: none; border: 0px; margin: 0px; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 28px; background-color: rgb(251, 253, 254);"><span style="font-size:16px;">3.1 供应商应是具有独立承担民事责任能力，并具有在中国境内注册生产或经营本次招标采购货物的独立法人资格的合法企业；生产或经营技术性能达到本次采购货物要求，经营范围具有品牌空气能授权销售经销商且具备法人资格的厂家或供应商。</span></p>
