<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 宋体; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 25px; line-height: 30px;">2.4建设内容：总建筑面积290826.863㎡，其中，地上建筑面积229326.863㎡，地下车库面积38500㎡，主要建设内容包括土建工程、给排水工程、采暖通风工程、电气工程等。</p>
<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 宋体; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 25px; line-height: 30px;">2.5招标范围：从工程勘察设计开始到质保期结束为止所涉及到的所有工作，包括工程的勘察、方案设计、施工图设计、工程施工、竣工验收和最终交付等所有工作，按一个标段组织招标。</p>

<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 宋体; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 25px; line-height: 30px;">3.1本次招标要求投标人须同时具备工程设计建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级及以上、专业类勘察（岩土）甲级及以上和建筑工程施工总承包壹级及以上资质，有效的营业执照，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的勘察、设计、施工能力，近五年有工程总承包管理经历的。其中，投标人拟派项目经理须具备建筑工程专业壹级注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理；设计负责人具备壹级注册建筑师执业资格；勘察负责人具备国家级注册岩土工程师。</p>

<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 宋体; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 25px; line-height: 30px;">3.2.1联合体各成员所有成员方应签署具有法律效力的协议书；</p>
<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 宋体; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 25px; line-height: 30px;">3.2.2联合体的牵头单位应被授权；所有成员方之间签署的具有法律效力的授权书中应证明此授权；</p>
<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 宋体; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 25px; line-height: 30px;">3.2.3联合体各方不得再以自己的名义单独投标，也不得同时参加两个或两个以上的联合体投标，出现上述情况者，其投标和与此有关的联合体的投标将被拒绝；</p>
